$${\left(\frac{3\times 8}{12}\right)}^{\mathrm{x}}\times \frac{1}{12}=2^{\mathrm{x}}/(2^2.3)=\frac{2^{\mathrm{x}-2}}{3}$$

$$A=\frac{3^x{2}^{3x}}{{(2^2.3)}^{x+1}}=\frac{3^x.2^{3x}}{2^{2x+2}.3^{x+1}}=2^{3x-2x-2}.3^{x-x-1}$$$$=2^{x-2}.3^{-1}=\frac{1}{3}.\frac{1}{4}{2}^x=\frac{2^x}{12}.$$
