$$\left(\begin{array}{c}0\\ 6\end{array}\right)+\left(\begin{array}{c}0\\ -2\end{array}\right)+\left(\begin{array}{c}-3\\ 0\end{array}\right)=\left(\begin{array}{c}-3\\ 4\end{array}\right)$$$$\mathrm{magnitude}=\mathrm{length}\mathrm{of}\mathrm{vector}=\sqrt{x^2+y^2}=5$$$$\mathrm{direction}=\mathrm{angle}\mathrm{of}\mathrm{vector}(\frac{\pi }{2}<\theta <\pi )=$$$$=\pi +\arctan \frac{y}{x}=\pi +\arctan -\frac{4}{3}\approx 2.{214}^{\mathrm{rad}}\approx 126.87°$$
