letn=200  so problem is (18−1)^n   18^n −18_C_1  .18^(n−1)  +18_C_2  .18^(n−2) ....(−1)^n   so remainder is (−1)^n  here n=200 so   remainder is 1

17≡−1(mod 18)  (17)^(200) ≡(−1)^(200) =1(mod 18)  (17)^(200) ≡1(mod 18)

171(mod18)(17)200(1)200=1(mod18)(17)2001(mod18)
