$$$$$$\Rightarrow P=\frac{3\times 320}{290}atm=\frac{96}{29}atm$$$$=\frac{96}{30-1}=\frac{96}{30}(1+\frac{1}{30})$$$$=3.2+\frac{3.2}{30}=3.31atm$$$$\frac{n-△n}{3}=\frac{n}{3.31}$$$$\Rightarrow 1-\frac{△n}{n}=\frac{3}{3.31}$$$$or\frac{△n}{n}=\frac{0.31}{3.31}=\frac{△V{\mid }_{3.31atm}}{V{\mid }_{3.31atm}=10l}$$$$\Rightarrow {(△V)}_{1atm}={(△V)}_{3.31atm}\times 3.31$$$$=10\times \frac{0.31}{3.31}\times 3.31$$$$=3.1litres.$$
