$$=\frac{26}{100}+\frac{9}{900}=\frac{27}{100}$$

$$3\times \frac{1}{3}=3\times .333.....=.999...\mathrm{but}3\times \frac{1}{3}=1\Rightarrow$$$$\Rightarrow .999...=1$$

$$\mathrm{round}\mathrm{up}$$$$0.27\Rightarrow \frac{27}{100}$$

$$x=0.26999...$$$$100x=26.999...$$$$1000x=269.999...$$$$900x=243$$$$x=\frac{243}{900}$$$$x=\frac{27}{100}$$
