what will be the number which makes 680621  a perfect square root?

8∣680621∣825  8∣64  ...........  162∣406       2∣ 324  ................  1645∣  8221          5∣  8225                 ...................                      (−4)  ∴ 4 should be added to 680621   in order to make it a perfect   square.
