tanθ=(a/1)  sinθ=(1/(1+a))  tanθ=(a/1)  so sinθ=(a/(√(1+a^2 )))  (a/(√(1+a^2 )))=(1/(a+1))  a^2 +a=(√(1+a^2 ))  a^4 +2a^3 +a^2 =a^2 +1  a^4 +2a^3 −1=0  solving...  f(a)=a^4 +2a^3 −1  f(1)=2>0  f((1/2))=(1/(16))+(2/8)−1=((−11)/(16))  since f(1)>0 but f((1/2))<0  that means   in between (1/2) and 1 the curve   f(a)=a^4 +2a^3 −1 change its sign ...  so value of a lies between ((1/2)and1)     1>a>(1/2)

(a/1)=(1/(√((1+a)^2 −1^2 )))  a(√(a(a+2)))=1  a^4 +2a^3 −1=0  ⇒a≈0.7167

$$\frac{{a}}{\mathrm{1}}=\frac{\mathrm{1}}{\sqrt{\left(\mathrm{1}+{a}\right)^{\mathrm{2}} −\mathrm{1}^{\mathrm{2}} }} \\ $$$${a}\sqrt{{a}\left({a}+\mathrm{2}\right)}=\mathrm{1} \\ $$$${a}^{\mathrm{4}} +\mathrm{2}{a}^{\mathrm{3}} −\mathrm{1}=\mathrm{0} \\ $$$$\Rightarrow{a}\approx\mathrm{0}.\mathrm{7167} \\ $$
