intensity=I (w/m^2 )  projected eross sectional area of light beam that strike sphere is  πR^2    (power=force×velocity  force=((power)/(velocity))=(I/c) per unit area  so force exerted by photons coming throuvh  projected cross sectional area πR^2  is  F_B =(I/c)×πR^2   (for perfectly black body)  F_R =(I/c)×πR^2 ×2  (for reflecting surface)  for better understsnding visit youtube video...
