if you write the formula in this way:  ((ln 2)/(ln (x+1)))+((ln 3)/(ln (x+2)))+((ln 4)/(ln (x+3)))=3  you would see that the solution  is x=1.

ifyouwritetheformulainthisway:ln2ln(x+1)+ln3ln(x+2)+ln4ln(x+3)=3youwouldseethatthesolutionisx=1.
