$$\pi RL=1.1\times x$$$$L=\sqrt{R^2+H^2}$$$$H=14m$$$$\pi R^2=346.5$$$$R^2=\frac{346.5\times 7}{22}=110.25R=10.5$$$$L^2=110.25+196=306.25$$$$L=17.5$$$$\frac{22}{7}\times 10.5\times 17.5=1.1\times x$$$$x=\frac{22\times 10.5\times 17.5}{7\times 1.1}=2\times 15\times 17.5=525meter$$
