$$1\frac{8}{9}=\frac{17}{9}$$$$\frac{17}{9}=\frac{2x-1}{5}\mathrm{we}\mathrm{have}\mathrm{to}\mathrm{multiplicate}\mathrm{by}9\times 5=45$$$$5\times 17=9\times (2x-1)$$$$85=18x-9$$$$94=18x$$$$x=\frac{94}{18}=\frac{47}{9}=5\frac{2}{9}=5.\stackrel{\bullet }{2}$$
