$$\frac{\frac{26}{7}}{\frac{15}{7}}=\frac{x}{1.5}$$$$\frac{26}{15}=\frac{x}{1.5}$$$$x=\frac{26\times 1.5}{15}=\frac{26\times 15}{15\times 10}=2.6$$
