(e) ⇔(1+(3/4))x +20 +2x=−6−4 ⇔((7/4) +2)x=−10−20 ⇔ ((15)/4)x =−30 ⇔15x =−4×30 ⇔15x =−120 ⇔x=−((120)/(15)) =−((3.40)/(3.5)) ⇔x=−8 .

(e)⇔(1+34)x+20+2x=−6−4⇔(74+2)x=−10−20⇔154x=−30⇔15x=−4×30⇔15x=−120⇔x=−12015=−3.403.5⇔x=−8.

x+((3x)/4)+20+2x+4 = −6 multiply with 4 4x+3x+80+8x+16 = −24 15x = −24−80−16 15x = −120 divided by 15 x = −8
