Find the length of one turn  uniform (dz/dθ)  helix around the  cylinder.

for single layer length of spiral  =(√((2πR)^2 +h^2 ))

$${for}\:{single}\:{layer}\:{length}\:{of}\:{spiral} \\ $$$$=\sqrt{\left(\mathrm{2}\pi{R}\right)^{\mathrm{2}} +{h}^{\mathrm{2}} }\: \\ $$
