if x and y real   ∣x∣=∣y∣ ⇔∣(x/y)∣=1 ⇔(x/y) =1 or (x/y) =−1 (we suppose y≠0)  if xand y from C  ∣x∣=∣y∣ ⇔∣(x/y) ∣=1 ⇔ ∃θ ∈R / x=y e^(iθ)    .

ifxandyrealx∣=∣y⇔∣xy∣=1xy=1orxy=1(wesupposey0)ifxandyfromCx∣=∣y⇔∣xy∣=1θR/x=yeiθ.

∣x∣=∣y∣  ⇒x=±y  ⇒(x/y)=1 or (x/y)=−1

x∣=∣yx=±yxy=1orxy=1

∣x∣^2 =∣y∣^2   x^2 −y^2 =0  (x+y)(x−y)=0  when x+y=0  (x/y)=−1   and when x−y=0    (x/y)=1  from graph it can be seen...attaching...

x2=∣y2x2y2=0(x+y)(xy)=0whenx+y=0xy=1andwhenxy=0xy=1fromgraphitcanbeseen...attaching...
