$$tan\theta =\frac{30}{40}=\frac{3}{4}$$$$Tsin\theta \times pQ=5\times pR$$$$T=\frac{5\times 100}{40\times \frac{3}{5}}\to =\frac{25\times 100}{120}=\frac{250}{12}N$$
