What is the degree of x^2 +2^x  ?  Is its graph parabola?

$$\mathrm{What}\:\mathrm{is}\:\mathrm{the}\:\mathrm{degree}\:\mathrm{of}\:\mathrm{x}^{\mathrm{2}} +\mathrm{2}^{\mathrm{x}} \:? \\ $$$$\mathrm{Is}\:\mathrm{its}\:\mathrm{graph}\:\mathrm{parabola}? \\ $$

For x>0:  For small value of x it will look like  a parabola.  For large x 2^x ≫x^2  so it will resemble an   exponential function.

$$\mathrm{For}\:{x}>\mathrm{0}: \\ $$$$\mathrm{For}\:\mathrm{small}\:\mathrm{value}\:\mathrm{of}\:{x}\:\mathrm{it}\:\mathrm{will}\:\mathrm{look}\:\mathrm{like} \\ $$$$\mathrm{a}\:\mathrm{parabola}. \\ $$$$\mathrm{For}\:\mathrm{large}\:{x}\:\mathrm{2}^{{x}} \gg{x}^{\mathrm{2}} \:\mathrm{so}\:\mathrm{it}\:\mathrm{will}\:\mathrm{resemble}\:\mathrm{an}\: \\ $$$$\mathrm{exponential}\:\mathrm{function}. \\ $$

It is not a polynomial.  It is a sum of polynomial and exponential  function.

What about graph? I′ve drawn it  it is like a parabola. Is it really parabola?
