5!(1+x+(1/(2!))x^2 +(1/(3!))x^3 )^3 coef. of x^5 =210 ⇒210 numbers of 5 digits

your method is straightforward and easy to understand, very good sir! we need a general method if we deal with a lot of cases, e.g. when we have 5 digits to form 10−digit numbers.
