$$7{xy}^6\frac{dy}{dx}+y^7-x^5\frac{dy}{dx}-5x^{4}y-\frac{5}{x^2}=4y+4x\frac{dy}{dx}$$$$\frac{dy}{dx}(7{xy}^6-x^5-4x)=4y+\frac{5}{x^2}-y^7+5x^{4}y$$$$\frac{dy}{dx}=\frac{4y-y^7+5x^{4}y+\frac{5}{x^2}}{7{xy}^6-x^5-4x}$$
