(S_(AEC) /S_(EDC) )=((AE)/(ED))=((AC)/(CD)) = ((AC)/((2/3)BC))=((12)/(10))=(6/5).

$$\frac{{S}_{{AEC}} }{{S}_{{EDC}} }=\frac{{AE}}{{ED}}=\frac{{AC}}{{CD}}\:=\:\frac{{AC}}{\frac{\mathrm{2}}{\mathrm{3}}{BC}}=\frac{\mathrm{12}}{\mathrm{10}}=\frac{\mathrm{6}}{\mathrm{5}}. \\ $$
