?=4  The third column entries are unit digits of  the products of first and second   columns :    8×3=24            9×4=36  12×2=24

Thank you necx 1!  Actually sir this idea came to me  after seeing the answer of Mr Akash!  (He has answered:   24)

one more idea .  see the diaginals  (top right) × (center − 1) = (bottom left)  (top left) × (center − 1) = ?  8×3=?=24 or just it′s units place i.e 4

If we change your idea slightly  the answer will be 28.     (top right−1)×(centre)=(bottom left)  (top left−1) × (center) = ?  But sir  these ideas seem not perfect   to me.Because they  involve only a  few numbers.Central number of  edges have no role!
