$$\frac{2^{\mathrm{y}-2\mathrm{x}}}{3^{\mathrm{y}-\mathrm{x}}}=\frac{2^5}{3^3}$$$$\mathrm{compairing}$$$$\mathrm{y}-2\mathrm{x}=5$$$$\mathrm{y}-\mathrm{x}=3$$$$\mathrm{solving}$$$$\mathrm{x}=-2,\mathrm{y}=1$$
