if u is not given, i think there is no  unique solution.   is the question complete?

initial velocity is u but not mentioned any value  i want to know the path of particle after reflection

i think if the ball hits the hemisphere  surface uprightly, and since no energy  gets lost, the ball will return to its  original position.
