P=16π=2πr⇒r=8

$${P}=\mathrm{16}\pi=\mathrm{2}\pi{r}\Rightarrow{r}=\mathrm{8} \\ $$

12π is  the piramid of the circle  2πr is the formula of the piramid of circle
