$$\mathrm{Let}\mathrm{us}\mathrm{assume}\gcd (\mathrm{m},\mathrm{n})=1$$$$\mathrm{then}\mathrm{\varnothing }\left(\mathrm{mn}\right)=\mathrm{\varnothing }\left(\mathrm{m}\right)\mathrm{\varnothing }\left(\mathrm{n}\right)$$$$\therefore \frac{\mathrm{\varnothing }\left(\mathrm{mn}\right)}{\gcd ((\mathrm{\varnothing }\left(\mathrm{m}\right),\mathrm{\varnothing }\left(\mathrm{n}\right))}=10$$$$\Rightarrow \frac{\mathrm{\varnothing }\left(\mathrm{m}\right)\mathrm{\varnothing }\left(\mathrm{n}\right)}{\gcd ((\mathrm{\varnothing }\left(\mathrm{m}\right),\mathrm{\varnothing }\left(\mathrm{n}\right))}=10$$$$\Rightarrow \mathrm{lcm}((\mathrm{\varnothing }\left(\mathrm{m}\right),\mathrm{\varnothing }\left(\mathrm{n}\right))=10$$$$\mathrm{then}\mathrm{\varnothing }\left(\mathrm{m}\right),\mathrm{\varnothing }\left(\mathrm{n}\right)=(1,10),(2,5),(5,2),(10,1)$$$$\mathrm{continue}....$$
