	$(\begin{matrix} 500 \\ 0 \end{matrix}) + (\begin{matrix} 0 \\ - 90 \end{matrix}) = (\begin{matrix} 500 \\ - 90 \end{matrix})$ $v = \sqrt{500^{2} + 90^{2}} = 10 \sqrt{2581} \approx 508.035$ $angle = \arctan \frac{- 90}{500} = - \arctan \frac{9}{50} \approx - 10.20 °$
