OC=(√(20^2 +15^2 )) = 25 the radius  OG= 12.5 Let OD=l  DB=b and DG=a  l^2 +a^2 =OG^2 =12.5^2 ....(i)  l^2 +b^2 =OB^2 =15^2 .......(ii)  from (i) and (ii) we get b=9 (as a+b=12.5)  ∴l=12  ∴ DF^2 +l^2 =OF^2 ⇒DF=(√(481))  ∴ EF = 2DF=2(√(481)) = 43.86   please check.

You consider the area of tbe △OAB. Great sir.

OF=OC=AB=(√(15^2 +20^2 ))=25  OG×AB=15×20  ⇒OG=((15×20)/(25))=12  FG=(√(25^2 −12^2 ))=(√(481))  EF=2(√(481))

$${OF}={OC}={AB}=\sqrt{\mathrm{15}^{\mathrm{2}} +\mathrm{20}^{\mathrm{2}} }=\mathrm{25} \\ $$$${OG}×{AB}=\mathrm{15}×\mathrm{20} \\ $$$$\Rightarrow{OG}=\frac{\mathrm{15}×\mathrm{20}}{\mathrm{25}}=\mathrm{12} \\ $$$${FG}=\sqrt{\mathrm{25}^{\mathrm{2}} −\mathrm{12}^{\mathrm{2}} }=\sqrt{\mathrm{481}} \\ $$$${EF}=\mathrm{2}\sqrt{\mathrm{481}} \\ $$
