$$x=a^{{\log }_{b}c}=a^{\frac{\ln c}{\ln b}}$$$$\ln x=\frac{\ln c}{\ln b}\ln a\Rightarrow x=a^{{\log }_{b}c}=c^{{\log }_{b}a}$$$$\Rightarrow 2^{{\log }_{3}7}-7^{{\log }_{3}2}=0$$
