$$\beta +\gamma +123=180...\left(i\right)$$$$\alpha +(15+\beta )+(21+\gamma )=180...\left(ii\right)$$$$\left(ii\right)-\left(i\right):$$$$\alpha +15+21-123=0$$$$\Rightarrow \alpha =87°$$
