$$B+D=180°$$$$\frac{B}{D}=\frac{2}{3}$$$$B+\frac{3}{2}B=180$$$$\frac{5}{2}B=180$$$$\Rightarrow B=\frac{360}{5}=72$$$$\mathrm{\angle }AMC=2B=144°$$
