$$\mathrm{the}\mathrm{discs}\mathrm{are}\mathrm{cylinders}$$$$V=\pi r^{2}h$$$$V=\pi \times 1^2\times 1+\pi \times 2^2\times 1+\pi \times 3^2\times 1=14\pi$$$$h=\frac{V}{\pi r^2}=\frac{14\pi }{\pi \times 1^2}=14$$
