$$y={ax}^2+bx+c$$$$x=0\wedge y=-4\Rightarrow \left(1\right)c=-4$$$$x=2\wedge y=-4\Rightarrow \left(2\right)4a+2b+c=-4$$$$x=6\wedge y=8\Rightarrow \left(3\right)36a+6b+c=8$$$$$$$$\left(2\right)4a+2b=0\Rightarrow b=-2a$$$$\left(3\right)36a-12a-4=8\Rightarrow a=\frac{1}{2}\Rightarrow b=-1$$$$y=\frac{1}{2}{x}^2-x-4$$
