$$thereisnosupportontherightend$$$$ofthebeam!$$$$$$$$0.4L\times R_{Mid}-0.2L\times 0.6W-0.8L\times 0.15W=0$$$$\Rightarrow R_{Mid}=\frac{0.2\times 0.6+0.8\times 0.15}{0.4}W=0.6W$$$$0.4L\times R_{Left}-0.2L\times 0.6W+0.4L\times 0.15W=0$$$$\Rightarrow R_{Left}=\frac{0.2\times 0.6-0.4\times 0.15}{0.4}W=0.15W$$$$$$$$check:R_{Mid}+R_{Left}=0.6W+0.16W=0.75W$$
