	$6 \times (- 10) = - 60 [\Rightarrow 4 \times (- 15)]$ $6 x^{2} - 15 x y + 4 x y - 10 y^{2}$ $= 3 x (2 x - 5 y) + 2 y (2 x - 5 y)$ $= (2 x - 5 y) (3 x + 2 y)$
