$$\mathrm{NC}=\mathrm{MC}=\mathrm{x}$$$${2\mathrm{x}}^2=25\Rightarrow {\mathrm{x}}^2=\frac{25}{2}$$$$\mathrm{area}\mathrm{triangle}=\frac{1}{2}{\mathrm{x}}^2=\frac{25}{4}$$$$\mathrm{area}\mathrm{square}=625$$$$\mathrm{area}\mathrm{pentagon}=625-\frac{25}{4}$$$$=25(25-\frac{1}{4})=25\times \frac{99}{4}$$
