$$areaof△=\frac{s^2}{2}=a^2\left(given\right)$$$$AB+BC=\frac{s}{\sqrt{2}}+r=r\sqrt{2}$$$$r=\frac{s}{2-\sqrt{2}}=\frac{s}{2}(2+\sqrt{2})$$$$Areaofcircle=\pi r^2$$$$=\frac{\pi s^2}{4}(6+4\sqrt{2})=\pi a^2(3+2\sqrt{2}).$$
