$$\left(1\right)x>0$$$$\Rightarrow \frac{(8x-1)(27x-1)}{x^2-x}⩽0$$$$\frac{(x-\frac{1}{8})(x-\frac{1}{27})}{x(x-1)}⩽0$$$$\Rightarrow 0<x⩽\frac{1}{27}\vee \frac{1}{8}⩽x<1$$
