$$\mathrm{pipe}\mathrm{A}:\frac{1}{20}\mathrm{per}\mathrm{hour}$$$$\mathrm{pipe}\mathrm{B}:\frac{1}{30}\mathrm{per}\mathrm{hour}$$$$\mathrm{pipe}\mathrm{C}:-\frac{1}{36}\mathrm{per}\mathrm{hour}$$$$8:00=0$$$$9:30=\frac{3}{2}$$$$11:00=3$$$$\frac{1}{20}\times 3+\frac{1}{30}\times \frac{3}{2}+(\frac{1}{20}+\frac{1}{30}-\frac{1}{36})x=1$$$$x=\frac{72}{5}=14:24$$

$$Afillin3hr=\frac{3}{20}partoftank$$$$Bfillin1\frac{1}{2}hr=\frac{1}{30}\times \frac{3}{2}=\frac{1}{20}part..$$$$at11A.Mtankfill=\frac{3}{20}+\frac{1}{20}$$$$=\frac{1}{5}part..$$$$emptyportion=1-\frac{1}{5}=\frac{4}{5}part$$$$A,B,Ctogetherfill$$$$=\frac{1}{20}+\frac{1}{30}-\frac{1}{36}=\frac{1}{18}part$$$$\therefore remainingpartfill$$$$\frac{4}{5}\times 18=14\frac{2}{5}hours$$$$=14hr24minans$$$$option\left(a\right)$$$$$$
