Solve the equation         2^(2x)   −  5x^2   +  4   =   0

x=2 is one obvious solution.  Rest you have to numerical  techniques.    You need to provide some context  to the quesion so that it is clear  what is expected.   It is quite possible the question  only expects you to apply numerical  techinque and you are allowed  to use scientific calculator (almost  in all exams after K−12).
