$$(\mathrm{M}+\mathrm{m})\mathrm{a}=\mathrm{F}-(\mathrm{M}+\mathrm{m})\mathrm{g}$$$$\mathrm{a}=\frac{\mathrm{F}}{\mathrm{M}+\mathrm{m}}-\mathrm{g}$$$$\mathrm{force}\mathrm{from}\mathrm{rope}\mathrm{on}\mathrm{block}\mathrm{is}$$$$\mathrm{M}(\mathrm{g}+\mathrm{a})=\frac{\mathrm{M}}{\mathrm{M}+\mathrm{m}}\times \mathrm{F}$$
