$$because{(3x^2+\frac{1}{x^2})}^2=9x^4+6+\frac{1}{x^4}$$$$so9x^4+2+\frac{1}{x^4}={(3x^2+\frac{1}{x^2})}^2-4=(3x^2+\frac{1}{x^2}+2)(3x^2+\frac{1}{x^2}-2)$$
