	$(x - y) (x + y) = 2 \times 50 = 10 \times 10$ $x - y = 2 & x + y = 50 \Rightarrow x = 26 & y = 24$ $x - y = 10 & x + y = 10 \Rightarrow x = 10 & y = 0$
