$$x+10y=4(x+y)$$$$\Rightarrow 3x=6y\Rightarrow x:y=2:1$$$$12[4\times (1+2)=12]$$$$24[4\times (2+4)=24]$$$$36[4\times (3+6)=36]$$$$48[4\times (4+8)=48]$$$$$$
