$$\mathrm{All}\mathrm{prime}\mathrm{except}2\mathrm{are}\mathrm{odd}.$$$$\mathrm{Differencd}\mathrm{of}2\mathrm{odd}\mathrm{numbers}\mathrm{is}\mathrm{even}.$$$$\mathrm{Hence}$$$$b=2$$$$a=997$$
