$$1\mathrm{dd}<350$$$$2\mathrm{dd}<350$$$$3\mathrm{dd}:355\left(\mathrm{One}\mathrm{number}\right)$$$$(\mathrm{Each}\mathrm{of}\mathrm{Tens}\mathrm{\&}\mathrm{units}\mathrm{digit}\mathrm{can}\mathrm{be}\mathrm{filled}$$$$\mathrm{in}\mathrm{only}\mathrm{one}\mathrm{way}.1\times 1\times 1=1)$$$$4\mathrm{dd}\mathrm{\&}5\mathrm{dd}:2\times 5\times 5=50\mathrm{numbers}$$$$\mathrm{Hundreds}\mathrm{in}2\mathrm{ways}$$$$\mathrm{Tens}\mathrm{in}5\mathrm{ways}.$$$$\mathrm{Ones}\mathrm{in}5\mathrm{ays}$$$$\mathrm{Hence}1+50=51\mathrm{numbers}$$

$$4\mathrm{digits}=5^4=625$$$$5\mathrm{digits}=5^5=3125$$$$\mathrm{Total}=51+625+3125=3801$$
