$$n\mid \sin x\mid =m\mid \sin x\mid$$$$\because \mathrm{m}\ne \mathrm{n}$$$$\therefore \mid \sin \mathrm{x}\mid =0$$$$\mathrm{x}=0,\pi ,2\pi$$$$\Rightarrow \mathrm{there}\mathrm{are}3\mathrm{solutions}$$
