$$A=\frac{1}{2}{r}^2\theta$$$$P=2r+r\theta$$$$V=\frac{1}{3}\pi R^{2}h(h=\sqrt{r^2-R^2})$$$$whereR=\frac{r\theta }{2\pi }.$$$$\theta =\frac{2A}{r^2}=\frac{2\times 396}{400}=1.98rad$$$$r\theta =20\times 1.98=39.6cm$$$$P=40+39.6=79.6cm$$$$R=\frac{20\times 9.8}{2\pi }=6.3cm$$$$h=\sqrt{400-{(6.3025)}^2}=18.98cm$$$$V=\frac{\pi {(6.3025)}^2(18.981)}{3}=789.5{cm}^3.$$$$$$
