$$3(x^2-1)=(3+4\sqrt{x+1})x$$$$\Rightarrow$$$$x_1=-\frac{11}{18}+\frac{\sqrt{13}}{18}$$$$x_2=\frac{5}{2}+\frac{\sqrt{13}}{2}$$$$\Rightarrow$$$$\mathrm{answer}\mathrm{is}-1⩽x⩽-\frac{11}{18}+\frac{\sqrt{13}}{18}\vee x⩾\frac{5}{2}+\frac{\sqrt{13}}{2}$$
