$$2^{3x}=2^{7\sqrt{x}}$$$$3x=7\sqrt{x}$$$$9x^2-49x=0\Rightarrow \{\begin{array}{l}x=0\\ 9x-49=0\Rightarrow x=\frac{49}{9}={\left(\frac{7}{3}\right)}^2\end{array}$$
