$${\left(3\right)}^{\frac{3}{\mathrm{x}+1}}={\left(3\right)}^{\frac{2}{\mathrm{x}}}\iff 3\mathrm{x}=2\mathrm{x}+2;\mathrm{x}=2$$

$$\sqrt[x+1]{3^3}=\sqrt[x]{3^2}$$$$3^{\frac{3}{x+1}}=3^{\frac{2}{x}}$$$$\frac{3}{x+1}=\frac{2}{x}$$$$3x=2x+2$$$$x=2$$
